06 July 2017 1.i m service provider and i have taken GSTIN but my turnover is below 20 lakh then i have to filed return under the act? 2. can a dealer sell goods under composition scheme to another town? and they need any e way bill for that?

07 July 2017 1. Yes you have to file return. 2. Composition dealer cannot make inter state sales
