Query while filling ca final exam form for nov 2016

05 August 2016 During May 2016 i filled ca final exam form for both groups. However i appeared in group 2 and was absent from group 1. Although i cleared group 2. So while filling ca final online exam form for Nov 2016 in details of last appearance what should i fill single group or both group?

05 August 2016 While filling exam form i opted for both groups. However i went to give exam of only group 2. I was absent in group 1 exams.
