Is erection and commissioning for making sanitary toilets attract service tax or not under swachh bharat scheme if work is done for csr??If yes or no pls quote notification

The entity giving the service of erection and commissioning is exigible to service tax. No any specific exemption either for Swatchh Bharat or Corporate Social Responsibility
