Ours is a construction company.We are doing it through sub contractors.We have half liability of Service tax to pay.When is its due date.if late ,what is the interest or penality?

in case of ind u need to pay the service tax by next5th if paid manually to dept(6th in case of e filling) month in which u collected it.
