Suppose a property is purchased by Mr. and Mrs. X jointly. My question is, is it possible to execute purchase deed without mentioning percentage of ownership of each ??

my opinion yes if not shown percentage of share . automatic shown 50% each . but misunderstanding partner's . not create doubt so i my opinion mention share % for legal title deed. so many points backs legal created in court if you not write shares of property
