This is regarding viewing of public documents like MOA of PRIVATE COMPANY available at MCA website. If one views the public document, will that private company be intimated about their document being viewed by public every time it is done?

The reason I asked you is that I need a MOA format for a new PRIVATE company which will be set up to facilitate all the services that one can get at ones regional transport office. I plan to view MOA of the company which has already set up to do that. How to search for such company at MCA website?

You have to create log-in ID at MCA site. After log in just explore MCA services. Rest it would be better to sit with some experienced professional who will guide you once regarding this process.

No Bro servicewise search of companies is not allowed at MCA website. It is better to know the name of company you want to search to keep your search specific.

Some basic instructions for using MCA Site:
1. First you should know about the CIN of company. To find out CIN you should be aware about the name of the company. Find below link to know about the CIN of company:
I have observed that in order to access the master data of the company or to view the list of directors of the company one need not have mca website login.
I also clicked on view public documents without loging in to mca website. I could see the category of documents submitted by company. I clicked on incorporation documents link. It showed me list of forms submitted by company like form 1 and form 32. The remarks coloumn had the link saying "click here". I clicked on it. It showed me document name, document ID and comments rows. The comments said - There are no comments for this document. Am I getting this message and not seeing the document because I am not logged in?
