21 September 2009 Rent Paid Prepaid-Rent or Monthly-Rent Basic. Can we accomodate Provision for Monthly Basic or not. If provision is Passed then TDS liability Calculate for this Month or Next Month.

21 September 2009 If rent is pre paid, ie. paid in advance. TDS needs to be deducted at the time of payment. No need to deduct further, at the time of adjustment of the same with Expenses A/c.
