We are a sole proprietorship company at Tamil nadu (manufacturing of dry fruits). We are looking for start a sales branch at Bangalore and Kochi. Can a proprietorship company have branches?
if yes what are the procedures?

11 August 2017 Yes proprietary concern can have Branch at different state. You have to apply for new registration in each state under GST and appoint a Authorised Person in respective state.
