A Pvt. Ltd. Company re-invest profit on sale of business premises in another new Business premises. It is taxable or may eligible for deduction in case of Pvt. Ltd. Co. Please help me.......

the capital gain on sale of depreciable asset is SHORT term capital gain. If the new premises is purchased within the same financial year, it will get adjusted with the gain.
