 company had deducted Professional Tax for employees but not paid due to non registration of PT.
after 9 month company get registration of PT

Can you please let me know what are the Interest/penalty applicable?

 penalty could be equal to 10% of the tax due.

interest to be paid @ 1.25% p.m.
