A Pvt ltd comp. is to pay Professional Tax in Madhya Pradesh. Plz tell me the process to get Professional Tax Number .Is it necessary to first get Sales Tax Number?

I m not finding the correct link in mptax.net...........and PT is not directly related to sales tax.It means we dont need to get sales tax number to get PT number.What is the procedure??????
