There is professional loss of Rs.50,000 in fy 2013-14. also there other income from intetest on FD amounting to Rs.300,000. Can I set off professional loss against Other Income? If yes then under which section?. Do I have to furnish Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet while filing ITR 4? Thanks in advance.
