Respected Members of CA Club, If the one of the firm who is LLP has PT Registration certificate wef 10/02/17. whether the firm is liable to Pay Profession Tax of employees for F.Y 16-17? what is the effective criteria to decide applicabilty of PT Payment? Please help.

Yes .In case of first year of registration periodicity to file return and payment is on monthly basis
