19 January 2017 Working as Technical Consultant and providing services to US clients. All of my service are in nature of export of services. Do I need to enroll and pay Profession Tax ?

19 January 2017 Professional Tax depends on State. From which state you are operating and what is your gross receipts

19 January 2017 Thank you Mrs. Jain for your prompt reply. I am operating from my home in Mumbai. I am earning decently and all my earning are from export of technical service.
