What is the procedure of transferring shares of a director, who has been removed under section 169 of the companies act 2013 to the remaining directors of a pvt. ltd. company?

Form SH-4 is the Form for Transfer of Shares. If a Director has been removed from Directorship it dont mean that His shares can be transfer without his permission. His consent is must for transferring the shares through SH-4. You may download the same through Google
