Procedure for rejoin in articles

09 February 2016 Dear sir,
I have taken termination in 24th april 2015( in 2nd year of my ca articles) on health basis. still now i didn't join in any firm.please tell me what the procedure for rejoin in the articles. also conditions to be followed.
