Hi everyone, my query is we are manufacturers established in Himachal Pradesh and enjoying the exemption till 28th nov 2013. after that we are under excise . now the problem is we are receiving the bills of tax auditors on which we have paid service tax . now the amount is for the audit of whole year but that time we were non excisable and at the time of bill we have goods in our godown having goods made at the time non excisable tso kindly guide whether we can avail the inout credit for the service tax paid
