My Company had done Private Placement in Nov 2014 and Alloted Shares on 20/12/2014. Can the Company do Private Placement again in January 2015.

No fresh offer or invitation of any securities shall be made unless allotments in respect of all earlier offers of any other security are completed.
In your case since allotment of earlier offer is completed, you can do private placement
