Previous assessment amount deduction from refund

01 April 2015 I have paid I.T. but during filing challan insted of Advance tax I have written as SA tax, But I have correctly written AY for which deduction is to be done................When I contacted ITO he told that its your fault which cannot be corrected we will deduct your amount from your refund...........
