sir iam a student of ipcc due to some unavoidable reasons regarding to health iam not supposed to attend the ipcc
exam for Nov 2014 exam,but
exam fee paid&admit card recieved and iwould like to
attempt in may 2015 .can
leaving this nov14 ipcc exam may treated as 1st attempt &in order to write exam in may 2015 is there is need to pay exam fee?
plz reply as early as possible
