First of all, I will suggest you to read new Postal Ballot Rules, 2011 issued by MCA on May 30, 2011.

24 July 2013 thr is some problem in uploading the same.. i agree with Ajay sir.. u shd read the amended postal ballot rules first..in case still u face any problem specify exactly wht u need .. i will provide u the same..
