16 January 2017 I am importing a machine from China and do not have certainity of export. Should I consider post export EPCG, in case I am able to fulfill export obligation?
What are the consequences in case of non fulfillment of EO?

21 January 2017 In case post export EPCG you will not be granted EPCG Authorisation without completion of prior exports.
