18 June 2013 If I account an Invoice in my books of account on 31st April (for MIS purpose - for monthly result) but raise invoice in the month of May (say 10th May) then my liability for service tax is for the month of April or May.

Pls reply urgent

19 June 2013 After service completion with in 14 days you can raise the invoice,so you can take it on May 10. provided no advance is received for that service
