Dear Rameshwarji, Yes Rule 5 is applicable to SP. From 01-04-2012, Rule 7 prescribes the point of taxation in case of the persons who are required to pay tax as recipient under the rules made in this regard in respect of services which are notified u/s 68(2). Thanking You.
