in our company PF late paid 4 days in the month of aug'07 actual due date 15-08-07, but paid 22-08-07 in this regard, how much % of amount disallowed in income tax PF total amount paid in the month of Aug'07 was Rs.597658/-
please send me procedure for calculation of disallwance in IT and how much amount disallowd with interest?

Only your employees contribution, not employer's contribution. Because employer's contribution which can be paid untill due date of filing returns.
