What is the last date of filing of the return of the PF.- Monthly
Also there is a requirement to file form 10 & form 5 within 15 days of the employee leaving/join organisation. Is it ok if it is filed along with the monthly return which is filed after 15th of the next month.

Due date for filing of PF monthly return is 25th of the following month. Form 10 and 5 for deletion and addition of employees is to be filed along with Form 12A (Monthly Return)

But Mr Surendra, Employees Provident Scheme says form 10 & 5 are to be filed by the 15th of next month. then is it fine to file it till 25th with return
