20 January 2014 let assume a employer transfer s an air-conditioner to employee X . it was purchased in 1991 for Rs. 49000 and since then it was used for business purposes. for A.Y 2014-15 what amount charged as a perquisite.

Apply Dep @ 10% under WDV method for every completed years & balance value will be cost chargeable as perquisite.
