WE M/S ABC EXPORT PVT LTD HAD EXPORT IN 2011 OF RMG LADIES GARMENTS IN THIS INVOICE WE HAD TO BE RECEIPT DUTY DRAWBACK RS 1.7 LACS BUT WE HAVE NOT RECEIPT YET. BUT WE HAD CHECKED WITH OUR EXPORT CONSULTANT FOUND THAT PAYMENT HAS BEEN RELEASED BY CUSTOMS BUT WE HAVE CHECKED IN OUR BANK STATEMENT WE HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY NEAREST OR EQUAL AMT ON THAT PERIOD . ANY BODY CAN HELP ME WHAT IS THE PROCESSIOR OF CLAIM THAT AMOUNT ? PLEASE HELP ME...........

The duplicate copy of the SDF/GR form is submitted to the AD banks for monitoring purposes, by the exporters within 21 days from the date of shipment of export.
Then after the drawback will be release by the customs.
in your case you export on 2011 and received the duty drawback Rs. 1.7 lacs but not received in bank.
advise ------
1. go to custom take a copy of scroll then after go to your bank manager they will tell you why the benefit not credit so far.
it seems that perhaps your company changed the account no which is not reflect the shipping bill copy of EP COPY.
Pls check if you have found any discrepancy then File RTI Information.
if you supply here your IEC CODE NO AS WELL AS SHIPPING BILL NO , DATE AND PORT OF EXPORT THEN I CAN CHECK THEN AFTER ADVISE YOU.........
in first condition u will provide the charges as per their service if you do your self this will take more time and money as well as labour.

if you interest to resolved matter as soon then tell me i will resolved this matter my whole fee will be Rs. 40000 noted 20000 rs will be given by you as advance then after completion work paid the money .
