19 September 2014 whether service tax has to be paid after receiving the payment from recipient

19 September 2014 in case sevice provider received the service tax from the service recipient, he would be required to deposit it with the govt.

19 September 2014 yes and it should be paid to govt by 6th of next month from the month in which he recives it.
