Payment of service tax

due date for payment of service tax in case of e-payment is 6-jan, but 6-jan is sunday so can we pay it on 7-jan as the sunday is public holiday,,,,,,,

Yes, Due Date shall be deemed to be the very next day, which is not a public holiday. i.e; 7th Jan in your case.
