Dear Sir
i have to pay more than 100000 to the transporter. Am i pay 35000 in cash and remaining by cheque.

If he is ready to accept cheque for balance then why not for full amount....

35000 are disallowed from expenses if you are paid in single day,so make entry in two days with different vouchers& yes required to deduct TDS
