30 January 2015 if co. expense pyt more than Rs.20000/- to purch like stationary, computer parts etc...& pyt in cash because at flipcard.com only cash on delivery option available MY qwery is it is disallow or allow as per income tax...?

If there is separate invoice for each time whose value is less than 20K then no dis-allowance else it will be disallowed.

31 January 2015 yes it you but the goods above rs. 20000/- not the capital expenditure then its will be disallowed.
