Partnership firm registration address

I want to know the complete address of the office where the partnership firm is being registered? Firm's office is at naraina and so the SDM office near Naraina is at Delhi cantt. Contact details provided on net is wrong. Also provide the list of documents to be attached for the registration of the firm.

with regards to documents, you need the partnership deed, ownership document for the address of the firm, copy of KYC (PAN card and address proof of the partners)
