There is a partnership firm having two partners. One partner will be retire from the firm on 31/03/2016. And remaining partner will carry on the business.
What is the procedure they should follow regarding firm registration of service tax.

08 February 2016 if you are not inducting any new partner, then the firm stands dissolved and the individual need run the business under his own PAN and take service tax registration against this PAN.
