14 April 2014 Dear Sir/Madam

Person 1,2,3,4 were partners in Firm 1 and as well as in Firm 2 having separate PAN. Does these Firm 1 & Firm 2 will be treated as one assessee in Income Tax Act

Kindly provide the advice at an earliest
