Suppose A is the Karta of the HUF, he has two sons B, C and a daughter D. B and C has wives and D is married. Now B has two sons E, F and C has a son G and a daughter H.
All the grandchildren are married except H i.e grand daughter. Now on the death of A, if a partition takes place who will get share in the partition and who will get maintenance?
