Part b of form 16

01 June 2016 If an Employee Is Transferred from another employer, whether the current employer is required to provide consolidated Part B or the details of salary drawn during the period only?
What is the responsibility of Both Employer regarding Part B of Form 16?

01 June 2016 normally, each employer gives form 16. Based on the said form the subsequent employer MAY fill form 16 by adding the figures as certified by the erstwhile employer.

01 June 2016 both employer issue form 16 for the period he do the job in with their company.




01 June 2016 If employee provide previous salary and deduction data then current employer where employee complete march has to generate form 16 part A as well as part B with annual tax liability. However previous employer can give deduction data for their deduction in Form 16 Part A.
