16 September 2014 whether PAN no. is compulsory to be mentioned in Invoice...if it's not mentioned then rate of TDS will be 20%??????is it compulsory to deduct TDS @20%..????

16 September 2014 No, it is not compulsory to mention PAN in invoice.

TDS is to be deducted @20% only if payee/deductee does not provide PAN no. to the payer/deductor.
