Pan no required for rent paid during the year more than 1.00

Dear Sir/Madam,
In my Company, one employee who is paying rent of Rs 9,050/- pm. for the year 2014-15. But he paid only for 11 months during the month.
So, it is required to collect PAN No of tenant ? as the total amount for 12 months is more than 1.00 lakh or it will be treated only for 11 months rent.

its for financial year.. if the rent for the year is beyond 1 lac then only pan no of land lord wil b required
