24 April 2017 My PAN Card is stolen hence I don't want to use the same PAN No. as I don't want it to be misused. Can I cancel my old PAN Card and apply for new one? Once I receive my new Pan Card I would like to update my bank a/c and work place with it so that there is no confusion. Is it possible?
