1. log into www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in. 2. on left bottom under services you will find know your juridiction AO..... click there. 3. an another window will open... put PAN No. and captcha code shown below there. 4. you will get middle name & sir name there. middle name can be of fathers name or husbands name.
