I noticed for various (new) companies, the paid up capital is mentioned as ‘00’ in the company master details of MCA21 Portal. How do we address the issue ?

Take print out of the master data from MCA21 portal and correct the figure and send it registrar of Companies office

Paid up capital in Master data is updated once the company files the Annual filing forms with the ROC, ie. form 20B & 23AC, since the paid up capital coulmn in master data is linked to these forms.
Once the status of these forms is "approved" the paid up capital is automatically updated.
