Dear Sir,
I was workign with a pvt ltd co. from last 2.5 year. Now I have resigned from the service & I want to withdraw my P.F. Pl. tell me if it is taxable? & where can I get the lettest amendments in the p.f. act.

PF Amount withdrawn before 5 years of continuous service is fully taxable. [For the purpose of computing 5 years period, Period of services rendered with previous employer shall also be included.]
