I have a registered Trust under Trust Act and registered office is in Odisha. I would like to open a Coaching center in Delhi under same trust. Can I open this. Is any further registration required. Please guide me.

yes, you can do that subject to however the permission to that effect in the said TRUST DEED. Another would be SERVICE tax registration once you cross the thresh hold limit
