30 September 2014 PLZ help, in case of OPC incorporation,can we appoint 3 directors and one subscriber , total 4 different person is incorporate a OPC.

30 September 2014 Yes, You can... No. of Members will not exceed 1 but director can be more than 1 but will not more than 15 subjected to approval of Central Govt, is required
