Notice under section 226(3)

13 May 2012 Dear Experts,
Here my query is regarding the Notice received under section 226(3)of the Income Tax Act,1961.

ITO has send me a letter mentioning a certail sum with Interest I need to pay.

Please advise what should I do now.
