Not getting the reset password of tan account

we have to file the revise return of the TDS so we need the consolidate FUV statement. we forget our password of TAN account so we reset the password but we are not getting the new password at our mail ID.. we also sent the many mails but not get any reply from TIN centre. please Help

i suggest to make telephonic call to the TIN facilitation center regarding the matter.

Also suggest to check the email ID provided at the time of creation of the profile whether it is the same as in which you are looking for.

sir,
i tried telephonic call but all the executive in the center is always busy and the ID provided there is also correct.
