Non filing of tds return and declaration for the same??????

28 July 2015 Is it mandatory to file Non-Filing TDS Statement Declaration??? If we late file the same then can Dept. invoke penalty on the same???? please revert me....

28 July 2015 You are required to file "Declaration of Non Filing of Statements". No penalty for late declaration.
