My Client has received Non Filing of IT Return A.Y-14-15.Can I File Return Under Section 142(1) Online. It Has Contain Compliance. Should I File only It Return and whether the compliance report will be submitted automitacally?

08 June 2016 last date was 31.3.2016, you have to take permission from commissioner then you can flle the return.
