Non deduction of tds

We have not deducted tds on one of The transaction, payment receiver has given his return and ledger to me, plz tell me which form do i obtained CA certificate to let not disallowed the transaction,

08 October 2015 CA certificate in form 26A to be obtained.

08 October 2015 There are two parts to the Form 26A one is the certificate from CA & one certificate from the authorised signatory. Google Form 26A & you should be able to get the same.

However, I dont think you can get away by not commenting in Form 3CD. You will still have to mention the non deduction of tax.
